1. About I'm In Golf
I'm In Golf is operated by GGA Consults Ltd, company number 13312692, registered in England and Wales.

I'm In Golf is designed to help informal golf groups and societies organise players, competitions, Money Games, scores, results, leagues and golf trips. It is intended to sit alongside, rather than replace, a golf club's official competition, handicap or results systems.
2. Using the service
By using I'm In Golf, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly and for its intended golf-group management purposes.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another group, Admin area, Owner Dashboard or underlying systems;
- share private Admin, setup or Owner credentials with people who are not authorised to use them;
- submit information you know is false, misleading, unlawful or infringing;
- interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service; or
- use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or the rights of another person.
3. Group organisers
An organiser is responsible for administering their own golf group, including deciding who may join, checking group information, setting competitions and correcting genuine errors where Admin controls permit it.
Organisers should keep Group PINs, Admin PINs and private setup links appropriately secure and should only add personal information that is reasonably needed for the group.
4. Players, scores and golf information
Players are responsible for entering accurate information where the app allows them to do so. I'm In Golf may calculate rankings, league points, pots or displayed winners from information entered by users, but it does not independently verify every handicap, score or official golf result.
Where an official club competition result, handicap record or governing-body record differs from information shown in I'm In Golf, the official record remains the responsibility of the relevant club or governing body.
5. Money Games
The current Money Game feature helps a golf group record information such as the agreed entry amount, who is marked as paid, the pot, competition choice and the resulting winner or winners.
I'm In Golf does not currently collect, hold, safeguard or distribute competition entry fees or prize money through the app. Any payment between group members under the current version is arranged independently by the organiser and players using their chosen payment method.
Organisers and players remain responsible for ensuring that any money arrangement they enter into is lawful and appropriate for them. I'm In Golf does not guarantee that a person marked as paid has actually transferred funds unless and until a future integrated payment feature expressly provides that verification.
If integrated payments or automatic prize payouts are introduced in future, additional or updated terms may apply and will be made available before that functionality is launched.
6. Trials, subscriptions and charges
Some groups may be provided on a free trial, test, internal or paid basis. Where a paid plan is offered, the applicable price, billing period and renewal information will be shown or communicated before a customer is required to pay.
We may change future pricing or plan features, but changes will not be applied retrospectively to a completed purchase without appropriate notice or agreement.
7. Test and demo groups
Test, demo or early-access versions may contain sample information and may be changed, reset or removed. They should not be relied upon as permanent records unless we expressly confirm otherwise.
Where we invite groups to test new features, feedback may be used to improve I'm In Golf.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep I'm In Golf available and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend or change parts of the service where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.
We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active groups and to preserve saved group information where reasonably possible.
9. Intellectual property
The I'm In Golf name, branding, website, app design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to GGA Consults Ltd. You may use them only as needed to use the service normally.
You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, reproduce or create a competing derivative of the service except where the law expressly allows it or we give written permission.
10. User and group content
You retain responsibility for information you or your group provide. You give us permission to host, process and display that information as reasonably necessary to provide I'm In Golf to your group and to operate and support the service.
11. Our responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.
Subject to those protections, I'm In Golf is a golf-group administration tool. We are not responsible for the conduct of golf rounds, official handicap decisions, club competition administration, disputes between group members, or independent payments arranged outside the service.
We are not liable for losses caused by information a user enters incorrectly, by another user's misuse of group credentials, or by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law requires otherwise.
12. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or remove access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, non-payment of an applicable subscription, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will try to explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information and how users can exercise their data-protection rights.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be published on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to affected users or organisers. The date at the top shows when these Terms were last updated.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory rights you have under the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
